Class Description

This class is designed to bring relief to the body and mind that holds tension and stress in the joints and muscles. Restorative poses help relieve the effects of chronic stress. In this class you will work with props to support the process of allowing time and gravity to bring ease into the muscles and joints. The environment is one of support and stillness, or lovingly called Shamata- Calm abiding.
In this 4 week session we will cover many common aliments such as ; digestive disorders, migraines , chronic fatigue and insomnia as well as Sciatic and back related issues. In building a practice to support the immune system we can begin to bring internal health to organs thus bringing relieve to the body.
Vinyasa 4:30-5:30 -The Room is WARM!
This class encourages students to tap into the rhythm of their breath and move with grace and ease. As we create strength we also embrace stillness. This hour long class allows the body to open, and release tension and stress that has been stored in the muscles and joints. Students leave this class with a felt sense of strength and stability. And a sweet release of tension in the body & mind . Please hydrate yourself before coming to class and bring a water bottle and towel with you.
Vinyasa 6:00-7:15 pm
In this class we slow things down a bit. Amy has created this class from the various and extensive trainings she has participated in. Her current studies are with Master Teacher Tias Little. With a detail to alignment and creating body memory through sustainability, we than link asanas (poses) with the fluidity of vinyasa. Each class is different, but ensure a strong sense of feeling your BONES!. This unique hybrid class of vinyasa and alignment has quickly become a favorite to many.
Vinyasa 8:45-10:00am
Saturday Morning class-This class is unique every week. Each session includes, refinement and proper alignment of the designated asana and vinyasa to ensure a balanced and awakened state of being to the senses. A beautiful start to your weekend.

This class is perfect for those of you that need to unwind before the work week begins, and is equally as beneficial for those of you who desire a more gentle practice. This class utilizes props to assist the body in relaxing into the poses to help release tension. All levels are welcome. You are sure to leave this class with peace in the body mind and spirit.

Gentle Vinyasa Flow- Will be back in the Summer
This class teaches students to ride the breath and focus inward as they journey through this flowing yoga practice. Students are encouraged to move intuitively as they link the postures, creating a meditation in motion. This flowing sequence fosters grace, strength, and flexibility while nurturing inner peace and stillness. Gentle Flow is wonderful for both new and seasoned students. Come flow with us and leave totally rejuvenated!!
