Private Yoga Sessions

Private Yoga sessions, will assist beginners in familiarity with the terms and movement in a practice, as well as work alignment. This time is also ideal for those who are looking to create a home practice. For more seasoned practitioners, this personal session can be utilized to take the asanas into deeper alignment and awareness, as well as taking the asana to a more advanced level.
